We're seeking a motivated Technical Commercial Advisor to manage a specific region and/or customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets, acquiring new customers, and potentially cross-selling to existing accounts. We're seeking an experienced Account Manager (New Business) to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you'll be the primary contact for new and existing customers, playing a central role in expanding our client base. You'll identify and actively pursue commercial opportunities in the market, develop customized solutions for B2B customers (with a strong focus on wholesalers and technical partners), and maintain relationships with existing clients while exploring cross-selling possibilities.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience in a similar commercial position, relevant experience in machine trading, glass processing, or stone construction, and HBO-level work and thinking abilities. You're results-oriented, communicate effectively, and negotiate well while working independently and collaboratively with colleagues to build success together.
